Stages of recruitment

Stage 1 - sending the application

We are waiting for applications from people who wish to join our team. Applications that we receive from you are analyzed in terms of requirements contained in the job offer.

Stage 2 - interview
Then, we contact selected candidates by the phone or we invite them for an interview. The interview is conducted by the direct superior from the department looking for an employee along with an employee from the HR department.

The initial interview is to verify information on your competences, experience as well as motivation to work for our company. You may be asked to perform a task that will show us whether you can cope with typical problems present on a given post.

Stage 3 - decision
Each person that went through stage 2 receives feedback from us within a deadline referred to during the interview. The feedback is provided by phone or by e-mail. On the contrary, the person that was evaluated as the best one is invited for a meeting to discuss any details regarding the employment.

In connection with the dynamic development of our company we are looking for: A Shipper Tasks:

  • Handling domestic and international shipping
  • Planning and determining the conditions of transportation
  • Preparing the evaluation of transportation for the client
  • Preparing the shipping documentation
  • Coordinating transportation orders related to the delivery of goods
  • Acquiring clients for constant cooperation regarding transportation orders
  • Selling shipping services
  • Establishing effective and building long-term relations with clients
  • Caring for the high quality of shipping services offered to clients
  • Creating the company's brand in the shipping environment
